Crusaders Defeat Mustangs in the Pool

Marian High’s swim team hosted Bishop Fenwick Saturday night at Regis College.

Bishop Fenwick holds many of the top swims in our Central Catholic League, said Marian High swim coach Sue Morse.

The Crusaders defeated Mariian 85-62.

The Mustangs are now 0-4 on the season.

Marian High swimmer Jacob Bogner finished second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:36.06 minutes.

Mustang Parker Yan finished third in the individual medley with a time of 2:43.50 and in the 100-yard backstroke, with a time of 1:19.81 minutes.

Bogner finished third in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:17.75.

Mustang Noah Miller finished third in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 7:29.10 minutes.

Marian achieved 8 personal best times, said Morse.

The team also had its two best relay times sai Morse.
