Kevin Lora played excellent second half defense against Burncoat’s leading scorer Unique Jackson, who averages 19 points a game, but Kevin helped hold him to 12 points, said Torbert.
“Though we struggled to get comfortable against the zone in the first half, we were eventually able to get more aggressive and start attacking the rim in the second half. Our aggression helped get us into the bonus and we were able to take advantage by going 22/28 from the line,” said Torbert.
The Flyers are now 3-2 on the season.
Next up is a game against Lincoln-Sudbury Saturday at 2 p.m. in Sudbury.
