The position pays $90,289 to $110,353. The job description is posted on the Town of Framingham's website.
Deputy Building Commissioner Michael Tusino has been serving in the interim role since Foley was placed on administrative leave in November 2011.

After more than a year on paid leave, Foley submitted his resignation to Town manager Bob Halpin. Selectmen had asked the Middlesex District Attorney's office to investigate Foley.
