Framingham Grand Jury Indictments
Five Framingham-related cases were announced by the Middlesex DA
FRAMINGHAM – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Thursday the grand jury indictments from Nov. 8 - Dec. 8.
Three Framingham-related cases were included.
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Elpidio Baez-Arias, 34, of Framingham, was charged with trafficking over 100 grams of heroin, trafficking over 18 grams of heroin, distribution of a Class A substance, violating the drug laws near a school/park, furnishing a false name, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
Andrew Josefek, 41, of Framingham, was charged with possession of an incendiary device, placing an incendiary device, and possession of components of an incendiary device.The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

John Miller, 25, of Framingham, was charged with assault and battery causing injury to a person with a disability, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.
