Framingham Mourns Marathon Bombing Victims
A candlelight vigil brought Framingham residents to the Memorial building on Thursday.
Days after a bombing that rocked the Boston Marathon, Framingham residents, public officials, firefighters and police officers gathered to mourn those who were killed and wounded in the blasts.
During the event, State Senator Karen Spilka encouraged attendees to come together and grow stronger as a result of the tragedy.
A candle-lit prayer capped the event with a prayer that included asking for a speedy recovery for those wounded in Monday's bombings.
