Framingham Woman Arraigned on Vehicular Homicide Charges in Worcester

Worcester Police say a Framingham woman was talking on her cell phone while driving when she struck and killed a 60-year-old man crossing the street in November.
Yayra Dika, who was arraigned last week in Central District Court on charges of motor vehicle homicide while driving negligently, driving to endanger and failure to slow, plead not guilty, reported The Telegram & Gazette. Bail was set at $5,000.
Dika, 30, was ordered to surrender her driver's license and passport and refrain from driving.
