Man Arrested at SWAT Raid in 2011, Arrested For Rape
A man arrested at a SWAT raid in 2011, where a man was accidentally shot, and later convicted on drug charges was arrested again this week, and charged with rape.
In January 2011, SWAT team raided a residence on Fountain street seeking to arrest a couple individuals on drug charges.

On Tuesday, Bushfan, who now lives at 808 Memorial Dr. in Cambridge, was arrested on Waverly and Winthrop Streets and charged with rape, domestic assault and witness intimidation.

The arrest stems from an incident at on Route 9 on Monday night. Bushfan and the woman were familiar with each other, according to police.
Framingham Police does not release the name of sexual assault victims nor comments on sexual assault cases.

Bushfan was arraigned in on Wednesday and held on $40,000 bail.
