A two-family at 161 Beaver St. is the latest home to be sold in Framingham, according to NEMoves.com.

Described as needing work but having "great potential," the house had been on the market for 72 days. It sold for $161,000 on Feb. 13.

It was listed by Mass Realty Advisors, Rita Polihrondis.
