New Cannabis Dispensary To Open In Framingham This Month

Bountiful Farms is set to buy another local brand. MetroWest residents may know the name from its location in Natick.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — A cannabis business with a presence in the MetroWest is set to expand into Framingham

Bountiful Farms, an independent cannabis cultivator and wholesaler, announced plans to acquire and open two adult-use recreational dispensaries, its first-ever retail locations.

The Rowley retail space, located at 300 Newburyport Turnpike, will officially celebrate its grand opening on Sept. 18, and the Framingham retail space, located at 315 Worcester Rd., will celebrate its grand opening later in the month.

Company officials say the new locations mark a major milestone for the business as it expands beyond the wholesale and medical spaces in the industry.

Bountiful currently operates a medical dispensary in Natick and a cultivation and live rosin facility in Lakeville. Both new stores will offer the full lineup of Bountiful Farms’ products, alongside a curated selection from other Massachusetts cannabis brands, officials said.

“Since day one, we’ve been focused on producing exceptional cannabis and building strong relationships in the cannabis community,” said Jeff Barton, CEO of Bountiful Farms. “Now, we’re excited to take the next step and bring our products directly to recreational consumers through a branded retail experience that reflects everything we stand for.”

The Bountiful Farms Framingham dispensary will officially celebrate its grand opening in late September and will build on the cultivator’s mission by expanding access to high-quality cannabis in Metro West, officials said.

The dispensary, located at 315 Worcester Rd., was formerly operated as UpTop Cannabis and will transition to the Bountiful Farms brand following the acquisition.

The Bountiful Farms Rowley dispensary, located at 300 Newburyport Turnpike, and formerly Cape Ann Cannabis Dispensary, will officially celebrate its grand opening on Sept. 18, featuring exclusive product drops, limited-edition giveaways, a live t-shirt press activation and a Q&A session with Chief Cultivation Officer Zachary Taylor.

The store will celebrate the North Shore community through local partnerships and in-store displays that highlight nearby landmarks, officials said.

“We’re thrilled to be able to offer our products to even more cannabis lovers, and I’m looking forward to welcoming customers into spaces that really reflects our dedication to quality and craft,” said Zachary Taylor, Chief Cultivation Officer at Bountiful Farms. “These new stores will allow us to connect more directly with the people who appreciate the work that goes into every jar.”
