Stephen Cronin.His injuries are not serious.He was not in a crosswalk, when struck, said Lt. Cronin.He did not yield to the vehicle, said Lt. Cronin.The driver of the sedan, a male, stopped after he hit the man, said Lt. Cronin.The driver was not at fault. He will not be cited, said Lt. Cronin.The pedestrian was at fault, said the Police Lt.
