Five executive level, influential, insightful and intentional leaders will share their formative experiences, intentional strategies and tactics in a highly interactive, moderated conversation, followed by Q&A and small group discussions at your table.

Panelists include Joel Barrera, deputy director, Metropolitan Area Planning Council; Jarrett Barrios, CEO, American Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts; Beverly Edgehill, former president, The Partnership, Inc.; Dana M. Neshe, EVP & Chief Community Banking Officer, Middlesex Savings Bank; and David Shapiro, CEO, The National Mentoring Partnership.

The breakfast program consists of a moderated dialogue (no speeches, no PowerPoint), then Q&A and table discussions with the panelists. Breakfast and networking begin at 7:45 a.m.

The ongoing Leadership Roundtable Series was introduced in 2011 as part of Leadership MetroWest's 25-year celebration. The organization's mission is to move the region forward by increasing civic engagement and cross-sector collaboration.
