The National Weather Service in Boston has issued a winter weather advisory for MetroWest, including Framingham.
The advisory begins today, Feb. 23 at 4 p.m. and ends at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Snow accumulation is forecasted at 1 to 3 inches maximum, however the storm could bring sleet and freezing rain, which is why the advisory was issued.

Snow is predicted to arrive between 5 and 8 p.m. Tuesday, with a change to the freezing rain and sleet into the evening hours and overnight into Wednesday.
