Snow Squalls Possible Friday Afternoon, Evening in Framingham

They will be hit or miss across the area with some not seeing anything and others encountering a quick burst of snow.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - Snow squalls are possible Friday afternoon and evening across much of MetroWest, including Framingham.

The National Weather Service says they will be hit or miss with many locations not seeing anything, with a few seeing a quick burst of snow.

Framingham has a 30-40 percent chance of seeing any snow squalls.

Lake effect moisture may stream over the mountains and combine with an upper level disturbance to produce scattered snow squalls and flurries across southern New England, the National Weather Service says about the Friday forecast.
