TRAFFIC ALERT: Road Construction in Framingham the Final Week of 2015
Central Street bridge will not re-open until 2016. Below is a list of MassDOT and Town of Framingham road construction projects.

This is the final week of 2015, but it will not be a construction-free zone in Framingham.
A handful of projects will be ongoing, weather permitting.
Below is a list of MassDOT, utility, and Town of Framingham projects:

- DOWNTOWN FRAMINGHAM RECONSTRUCTION: Contractors continue to install traffic signals, street lights and wiring throughout the project. Expect minor delays and on-street parking restrictions in areas of construction.
- MAIN STREET SIDEWALK: The west side pedestrian sidewalk on Main Street just south of Route 9 will remain closed and a temporary stabilization of the existing stone wall will be installed between High Street and Granite Street. Expect delays.
- ROUTE 9 BRIDGE OVER FOSS RESERVOIR OUTLET: Contractors are working on the southern section of the bridge. The westbound pedestrian sidewalk will remain closed. Expect minor delays.
- SPEEN STREET: Eversource Gas is installing gas mains and services on Speen Street from Old Connecticut Path to Cochituate Road. Expect delays.
