WATCH: Police Seek Alleged Convenience Store Robber

Natick Police are seeking help in identifying a man they say robbed a convenience store on New Year's Day.

NATICK, MA -- Police are seeking help in identifying a man they say robbed a convenience store on New Year’s Day.

Shortly after 5:30 a.m. on Friday, the man pictured (in the photo and video) robbed a downtown convenience store, according to police. While no weapon was shown the suspect did state that he had a gun.

The suspect is a white male, roughly in his 20s to 30s, scruffy beard, wearing a grey, hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and black and white sneakers. He spoke English with no discernible accent.

After receiving a small amount of cash the suspect fled on foot. A search of the area with the assistance of a K9 unit was unsuccessful. Nobody was injured.
