Welcome Back, Winter: Cold and Maybe Snow in Framingham's Forecast

Hope you enjoyed those 50-degree temps on Sunday. It's back to winter, complete with some snow possibilities, for MetroWest this week.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - Say goodbye to that balmy 50-degree Sunday; the week ahead is decidedly more wintry.

Today was sunny and cold, with the high only 35 degrees.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy skies with temps in the mid to upper 30s are expected Tuesday. Snow is expected to start after 4 p.m. Accumulation is expected to be no more than an inch or two, but there will be wind gusts will start to pick up.

Wednesday: Wind is the word for Wednesday. Mostly sunny skies will compete with gusts up to 35 mph and cold temperatures -- the high is just 20. Things will stay clear overnight as the temps drop into the middle teens.

Thursday: The sun will be bright on Thursday and temps will climb to near freezing before dropping to about 20 overnight.

Friday: Sun and clouds will mix Friday as temperatures reach the upper 30s. Snow showers could develop after midnight, but accumulation is expected to be minor.

Saturday could get messy with an ice-to-rain picture in the forecast.
