Young Poets Encouraged to Enter 8th Annual Smith Poetry Contest
Framingham Education Foundation is accepting submissions for the 8th Annual Mark C. Smith Poetry Contest until April 12.

is accepting submissions to the 8th Annual Mark C. Smith Poetry Contest. All students in the Framingham Public Schools, grades K-12, are eligible.
There will be at least one winner per grade level. Winners receive an age appropriate poetry anthology and the opportunity to participate in an evening celebration in May.
Poems may be on any topic, may be written in school or at home, and may have been written at any time during the 2011-2012 school year.

Poems may be written in any language (please provide translation) and poems from middle school and high school students must be typed. On the back of each poem submitted, please include the student's full name, grade, school and teacher's name.
Deadline for submissions is Thursday, April 12.

Poems may be sent via the Framingham Public Schools pony to the Framingham Education Foundation at Juniper Hill School, or may be mailed to the Framingham Education Foundation at P.O. Box 3287, Framingham, 01705.
