Here are 5 things you missed at Tuesday's Board of Selectmen meeting.
1. Bruce Spinney has been named to the Capital Improvement Planning Committee.
2. Patricia Pichierri has resigned as recording secretary for the Board of Selectmen.

3. There was some discussion of a possible computer program that would allow residents to sign up for Recreation Department programs online. Nothing is definite yet on this.
4. Bids are still being sought for roof replacement of the DPW salt shed. The top bid now is $24,000. The roof has raised safety and noise issues.

5. Selectman John Dowling has called for improved communication among town departments. He would like to develop "some way of at least getting committees to talk to each other.''
