A rich square of quality chocolate is a much more luxurious eating experience than gorging on cheaper chocolate candies, and it's much healthier, too. Sounds like delicious advice!
4. This is Burn Awareness Week. Did you know that many burn victims never get near a flame? Scalds have been the leading cause of burn injuries every year, especially to children under five. Some ways to avoid this, courtesy of the state fire marshal’s office: Don’t hold a child and hot coffee at the same time, keep hot liquids and foods in the middle of the table, out of a child’s reach and consider using placemats instead of tablecloths, which can be grabbed by small hands.
