The members from the five choruses rehearsed weekly throughout the summer to prepare for the September concert date. The co-directors of the Community Chorus Collaborative include Charles Pietrello, director of the Auburn Community Chorus, Diane Pollard, director of the Blackstone Valley Community Chorus, and Dan Zabinski, director of the Greater Milford Community Chorus.

The chorus will be accompanied by a live acoustic professional chamber orchestra including four violins, two violas, two cellos and two keyboards. The orchestra will perform the music in the same way as it was performed under the composer’s direction in the 18th century.
