Assault with a Dangerous Weapon Charged

David G. Collins, 26, 53 Church St., Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court Dec. 14 when Grafton police filled out a complaint on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the case.

Jonathan E. Oles, 31, of 26 Richardson St., Uxbridge, was arrested by Grafton police on Aug. 9 and charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, trespassing and possession of a burglarious instrument. He admitted to sufficient facts and Judge Vito Virzi continued the case without a finding. Virzi gave Oles one year probation, ordered him to take random drug tests, ordered him to stay away from the victim and ordered him to pay $50 in court costs. The trespassing and burglarious instrument charges were dismissed.

Jeanine C. Deranian, 42, of 7 Waterville Cir., North Grafton, was summonsed into court after Grafton police filled out a criminal complaint on Sept. 7 and was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a child with injury, and intimidating a witness. The dangerous weapon charge was continued without a finding until Jan. 29, 2013. The remaining charges were dismissed by Judge Robert Gardner.
