Cheri L. McCulley, 41, 14 Ray St., North Grafton, was charged by the court on July 21 by request of the Grafton police for an incident which happened on June 14. McCully was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a glass candle), and assault and battery. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Sept. 26.
Jesse J. Fleming, 22, of 87 Keith Hill Rd., Grafton, was charged by Grafton police with providing liquor to a person under 21 and keeping a noisy and disorderly house. The court issued a summons after police filed out a criminal complaint July 12. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first charge and found sufficient facts on the second charge. The case was continued without a finding to April 13, with a $250 fine.

Kenneth P. Burdulis, 58, of 16 Northgate Court, North Grafton, was charged by Grafton Police with assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Â The court issued a summons after police filed out a criminal complaint May 31. Judge Vito Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge and continued the case without a finding to Feb. 14. He was ordered to pay a $50 fine, to attend two AA meetings weekly and to abstain from alcohol. The second charge was dismissed.
