BREAKING NEWS: No School Tomorrow
Poor road conditions and power outages lead to second straight day off.
School is cancelled again tomorrow, Superintendent of Schools Jay Cummings has announced.
Three of the school department's five schools _ , and _ have no power.
There are also concerns about getting the buses through roads that are still clogged with debris. National Grid reports that 5,500 households are without power.
