Police seek to return stolen property to the rightful owners.

are reaching out to possible burglary victims following the arrest on Aug. 8 of Timothy C. McKinnon, 24, of 25 Stone Road, Sudbury, in connection with a series of residential burglaries.Â
These burglaries are believed to have been committed on the date of his arrest sometime during the evening hours, police said.
At the time of his arrest, McKinnon was found to be in possession of a quantity of personal property believed to be associated with the burglaries, police said.

Several victims have been identified to date and several items have been returned to the rightful owners. But a portion of the recovered property remains unclaimed, police said.
The remaining property can generally be described as light construction tools and/or equipment.

McKinnon is believed to have been in the following areas; Old Westboro Road, North Street, Trowbridge Court, Wesson Road and Magnolia Drive.Â
Anyone who has been the victim of a theft on or about Aug. 8 who wants to claim a recovered item should call Officer James Crosby of the Grafton Police Department at 508-839-2858. Proof of ownership will be required before the release of any property.
