Chief 'Strongly Recommends' Staying In Tonight
Chief urges parents to "use good judgment''about Halloween.

The police chief "strongly recommends'' that people stay in tonight in the wake of the storm damage.
"It's not worth the risk,'' Police Chief Normand A. Crepeau Jr. said.
The town remains littered with downed tree limbs and other debris, he said, and much of the town remains without power.

If people are determined to take their children out, he suggested visiting people they know who have power or going to local businesses that might be having Halloween events.
"We recommend that people not walk the streets,'' he said.
