Man Charged in Fatal Crash Has New Court Date
Robert Curran's case had been scheduled for today.

The case of the Grafton man charged in a crash that killed two young men and seriously injured a third goes to court Dec. 2.
Robert J. Curran III, 22, of 33 Buttercup Lane, Grafton, had been scheduled to appear in Central District Court today but his case was rescheduled to the early December date.
Curran was charged with two counts of motor vehicle homicide and other charges in connection with the crash, which happened at at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, according to a spokesman from District Attorney Joseph Early's office.

Curran was driving on Chandler Street toward downtown Worcester when the Acura his was driving crashed into an Acura driven by Andres Guzman, 18, of Worcester as it exited Piedmont Street, the spokesman said.
He was traveling at a high rate of speed, the spokesman said.

The accident happened in a T-bone fashion, with the front of one vehicle striking the side of the other.
Guzman and a passenger, Joel Rodriguez, 19, were killed.
A second passenger, Jesus Molina, 19, was seriously injured.
