The dredging equipment was removed from Lake Ripple earlier this week.
The ultimate goal is to reduce excessive vegetation that is diminishing the water quality and to improve the aesthetics of the lake for recreational users.
Using hydraulic dredging, sediment removal and pumping equipment are mounted on the floating barge. This barge was placed in the lake in June.
