If you find a flock of flamingos on your lawn, call 774-293-0396 to have them fly to another location of your choice lawn. Upon doing so you have agreed to make a $5 donation to Students Against Destructive Decisions.

This is a fun way to continue the spread of the message S.A.D.D and support all of their efforts throughout the year.
S.A.D.D is a group of students who spread the message of positive healthy choices and identifies the impact of our decisions have on those around us. The group sponsors programs for the school and community.

The Grafton Garden Club is pleased to award a scholarship of $1000 to Justin Dion.Â
The club awards scholarships each year to qualified residents of Grafton who plan to attend an accredited institution and pursue studies in one of the following fields: horticulture, forestry, agriculture, botany, landscape architecture, environmental science, ecology, and plant and soil sciences.
Money raised through the club's annual plant Sale and raffle on the Common May 14 enable the club to donate this scholarship.
Dion is a sophomore at the University of Maine where he is majoring in wildlife ecology. He is an active member of the Wildlife Society (University of Maine Student Chapter).Â
During his wildlife resources and wildlife field trips courses, he was invited by his professor to help band water fowl. He has worked with the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Service of Maine. Locally, he has participated in banding neo-tropical migrants at the Auburn Birdbanding Research Station for more than five years.Â
