William C. Parada, 33, 49 Gilbert St., Framingham, was issued a complaint by Grafton police for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation and speeding. Judge Robert Calagione sentenced Parada to six months probation for negligent operation, and $400 fee for speeding.
