Joseph H. Rhody, Jr., 30, 237 Wallum Lake Rd, Douglas, was charged by Westborough District Court for a complaint filed by Grafton police on May 2. Rhody was charged with failing to return leased personalty for an incident that took place on Sept. 25. He entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 33 days in the house of correction. Judge Vito Virzi issued credit for time served.
Jeffrey Senecal, 29, of 15 Alden Place, West Newton, was charged by Westborough District Court with larceny over $250 for an incident that happened in Grafton on April 9. Senecal entered a guilty plea and was ordered to spend 23 days in the house of correction. Judge Vito Virzi also ordered him to pay $900 in restitution
