Kevin D. Anderson, 34, 161 Main St., Douglas, was issued a complaint on July 8 by Westborough District Court at the request of Grafton police. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for an incident which took place on May 31. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the charges upon payment of $200 in court costs by Sept. 14.
Joshua E. Swerling, 20, 48 North St., Grafton, was arrested July 5 by Westborough Police and charged with lights violation and selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21. Judge Vito Virzi found him not responsible on the first charge and dismissed the second charge upon payment of $300 court costs.
