With a new school year about to start, l Principal James Pignataro is encouraging parents to attend the first meeting of the parent connections group at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30 at the high school media center.
The group will host a faculty/staff appreciation breakfast Thursday, Sept. 1. This will be the group’s first official event.
This group will also discuss the transition to a new high school in September 2012. The Aug. 30 meeting will give parents the opportunity to offer suggestions, ask questions and voice concerns about the transition plan.
