Grafton Home Up In Smoke: Fire On Millbury Street
Four were displaced but everyone is expected to be ok, including a cat, after a fire in Grafton early Wednesday afternoon.

GRAFTON, MA—A senior couple was hospitalized and their cat are expected to be OK, and four were displaced, after a fire on Millbury Street in Grafton on Wednesday afternoon, according to reports.
A duplex at 95 Millbury St. is a total loss to a fire that broke out and filled the skies with thick, black smoke, reports the Grafton News. The call came in at 12:18 p.m. from a AAA worker who was driving by and saw the smoke.
Ammunition was detonated and propane tanks exploded due to the fire, Grafton's chief told WCVB-TV.

A couple in their late 80s were home at the time when the fire started. Propane tanks exploded and ammunition detonated, according to the fire chief.
Millbury, Sutton, Westborough and Upton's fire departments were called in to assist Grafton.

The AAA driver went up to the home and helped get the couple and their cat, named Kevin, out of the home.
