Grafton Man Charged with Defacing Machinery

Aaron Wade, 38, of 15 Liberty St., Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint June 14 which charged him with trespassing and disorderly conduct. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the charges.
Mark A. Blank, 30, 10 Buttercup Lane, South Grafton, was arrested on Nov. 14 by Grafton police and charged with receiving stolen property and selling defaced machinery. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Jan. 5.

Andrew Pappas, 19, 70 Pointe Rock Rd., Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on June 8. Pappas was charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations. The first charge was dismissed by request of the commonwealth and defendant. Judge Vito Virzi found Pappas not responsible on the final two charges.
