Grafton Men Face OUI Charges

Jasper D. Ladd, 23, of 315 Providence Rd., Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 17 by Grafton police and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and speeding. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to April 30.

Stanley Opatka Jr., 67, of 16 Milford Rd., South Grafton, was arrested March 16 by Grafton police and charged with OUI liquor second offense, OUI drugs and failure to drive in the right lane. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 3.

David Leclerc, 20, of 29 D St., Whitinsville, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 8 by Grafton police and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Judge Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge and continued the case without a finding to March 19, 2013. He was found responsible on the second count and he was fined $100.

Matthew D. Cusella, 18, of 57 East St., North Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 12 by Grafton police and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to April 30.
