Grafton Offers Coronavirus Rent Assistance
The town developed the Grafton COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Fund.
GRAFTON, MA — Grafton is offering a way to help renters in town catch up on payments they may have missed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The town created the Grafton COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Fund. The fund allows applicants to receive up to $2,000 per month towards rent from July 1 to Sept. 30. Residents have to apply for the fund and are chosen through a lottery system.
The fund is sponsored by the Grafton Affordable Housing Trust. Specific income qualifications can be found online.
