Grafton OUI Cases Head to Court

Steven Magliaro, 45, 135 Worcester St., North Grafton, was arrested on Dec. 14 by Grafton police for OUI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to March 14.

Steven D. Manzello, 24, of 233 Magill Dr., Apt. 7, Grafton, was summonsed into court after Grafton police filled out a criminal complaint on Oct. 3 and charged him with receiving stolen property under $250 and operating an uninsured vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the stolen property charge and dismissed the uninsured vehicle charge if Manzello paid $300 in court costs.

David A. Barksdale, 48, of 14 Morgan Dr., North Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police on Nov. 26 and was charged with OUI. The case was continued until Feb. 3.

Austin Carangelo, 17, of 17 Robin Dr. in North Grafton was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on Dec. 13. Carangelo was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and not having a license in his possession for an incident which occurred on Sept. 9. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 29.
