Nathan Cannalonga, 18, of 2 Homestead Ave., Worcester, was arrested Aug. 9 by Grafton Police and charged with operating an unlicensed motor vehicle and using a motor vehicle without authority. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed both charges upon payment of $150 court costs for each charge.
Tracy Graham, 39, 95 Upton St., Apt. A, Grafton was arrested on Aug. 6 by Grafton police and charged with receiving stolen property, credit card fraud, identity fraud, credit card forgery and a suspended license. Judge Vito Virzi sentenced Graham to one year in the House of Correction for credit card fraud, and two-and-a-half years in the House of Correction for forgery.

Bradford J. Gorrie, 36, 300 Providence Rd., Apt. A, South Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court on Sept. 27 after Grafton police filled out a complaint, charging him with A&B, vandalizing property. Judge Robert Calaglione continued the case to Dec. 1.
Jaclyn M. O’Brien, 19, of 31 Wheeler Rd., North Grafton, was summonsed into court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint on July 21 and was charged with larceny over $250 and larceny from a building. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the larceny over $250 charge. O’Brien admitted to sufficient facts and Judge Virzi ordered her to pay $500 in restitution to Ski Ward and to stay away from the business, to receive random drug screenings and she was also placed on two years probation until Oct. 24.
