Grafton Residents Face the Judge

John J. Nault, 45, 40 Tamar Ave., Worcester, was arrested in Grafton on March 20. He was charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, which was dismissed on March 21; breaking and entering for misdemeanor, of which he was found guilty and received credit for having served 59 days in a house of correction; trespassing, dismissed. Judge Robert Calagione.  

John J. Nault, 45, 1395 Providence Rd., Whitinsville, was arrested in Grafton on Nov. 16 on a warrant. He was charged with violating an abuse prevention order, dismissed. Judge Robert Calagione.

Andrew Tauson, 26, 135 East Main St., Apt. 9, Upton, was arrested in Grafton on March 11 and charged with OUI liquor, second offense. He was found guilty and placed on 2 years of probation, ordered to a 14 day in-patient program, ordered to remain drug and alcohol free with random screenings, $350 total court costs. For a charge of speeding, Tauson was found not responsible. Judge Robert Calagione.

Dennis Thrush, 27, 7 Stanton St., Worcester, was arrested on a warrant in Grafton on Feb. 18. He was charged with: armed burglary and assault, dismissed; intimidating a witness, dismissed; violating an abuse prevention order, dismissed; threat to commit a crime, dismissed; and vandalizing a property, found guilty, credit for 30 days served, placed on one year probation, ordered to stay away from the victim, court fees totaling $400. Judge Robert Calagione.

Raymond E. Long, 45, 3 McHale Dr., Grafton, was arrested July 24 in Grafton. He was charged with: OUI liquor, third offense, found not guilty in a jury trial; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, found guilty, $100 fee; motor vehicle lights violation, found responsible, $35 court fee; number plate violation to conceal ID, dismissed; and uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed. Judge Robert Calagione.
