Diane G. Morrill, 41, of 166 Main St., Apt. 2, South Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police on July 30 and charged with assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case until Oct. 19.

Rayiam A. Collins, 40, of 14 Murray Ave., Apt. 2, Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police on Aug. 28 and charged with assault and battery. The case was continued until Oct. 19.
Frederick C. Carlson Jr., 47, of 20 Snow Rd. #7, Grafton, was summonsed by the court after Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint for reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and OUI, fourth offense. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Oct. 12.
