Grafton Residents Have Day in Court

Thomas F. Hussey, 47, of 6 Second St., North Grafton, was arrested on June 1 by Grafton Police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Robert Calagione found Hussey guilty and ordered him to a one-year suspended probation, to comply with a batterer’s program, attend substance and alcohol abuse treatment program and pay $50 in fees.

Anastaios T. Haralambous, 23, of 186 Main St., Apt. 2, South Grafton, was arrested by Grafton Police on Nov. 22 and charged with possession of a Class D substance and possession of a Class D substance with the intent to distribute. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the possession charged, but Haralambous admitted to sufficient facts and the case was continued without a finding, and Calagione gave Haralambous a suspended 18-month probation sentence and ordered him to pay $50 in fees.

Timothy C. McKinnon, 23, of 25 Stone Rd., Sudbury, was summonsed to court at the request of Grafton police, who are charging him with operating under the influence of liquor, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and breaking and entering, for a misdemeanor. Police said he tried to steal a generator from a Grafton resident’s garage on Aug. 9. He was held on $1,000 cash bail; his next court date is Oct. 12.
