Leigha Olson, 22, of 13 Pullard Rd., #50, Grafton, was arrested on June 18 in Shrewsbury and was charged with possession of a Class D substance with the intent to distribute, possession of a Class D substance, possession of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate a drug law. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case until July 28, 2011.
Froya Fields, 49, of 6 Fifth Ave., Dudley, was issued a criminal complaint on April 20 in Grafton and charged with assault and battery. Judge Virzi found Fields guilty and ordered him to pay $50 in assessment fees and sentenced Fields to one year probation until June 16, 2012, ordered to stay away from the victim, ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation and treatment as recommended. Judge Virzi also ordered Fields to pay $65 per month in a probation fee.

Craig D. Lumb, 35, of 172 Providence Road, Grafton, was arrested May 26 by Westborough Police on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed upon payment of $100 court costs by Judge Vito Virzi and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed.
Dorri D. Prescott, 40, of 41 Suffolk St. #1, Worcester, was arrested Dec. 22 in Grafton on charges of shoplifting and intimidating a witness, both dismissed, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, found guilty, six months supervised probation, fees waived, with Judge Steven Thomas presiding.

David J. Brown, 22, of 7 Forest Lane, Grafton, was arrested June 1 in Grafton on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, which was dismissed by Judge Steven Thomas.
