David Hazzard, of Route 15, Rockwood, Maine, was arrested on Aug. 22 in Grafton and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, 6th offense, a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case until Sept. 22.
Rebecca A. Murphy, of 41, of 6 Main St., South Grafton, was arrested on Aug. 4 in Grafton and charged with two counts of possession of a Class B substance. Judge Steven Thomas continued the case without a finding until Feb. 12, 2012 and gave the defendant six months of suspended probation. Judge Thomas dismissed the other count.
