How Do You Cool Down Cabin Fever?

This winter has been challenging. Weeks of non-stop snow mixed with blustery temperatures have forced kids indoors for days at a time.

And now it's February school vacation.

So Moms: What do you do with your kids during school vacation week or other non-school days when the weather limits outdoor activities. Are there family rituals? Places you go? Games or other activities that keep the kids engaged?
