Hunters Held at Gunpoint Case Gets New Date

Cory A. Gagliardi, 17, of 6 Rayburn Drive, Millbury, was arrested Feb. 10 by Grafton police and charged with OUI drugs, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Judge David Locke continued the case to April 2.

Jacqueline Campbell, 24, 35 Oak Ave., Apt. 3, Worcester, was arrested Jan. 4 by Grafton police on charges of OUI, marked lanes violation. After admission to sufficient facts, Judge Robert Calagione sentenced Campbell to one year suspended probation, 45 days loss of license, a 24 day program and $250 head injury assessment fee.

Rocco Addeo, 51, 120 Milford Rd., South Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filled out a complaint on Jan. 19, charging Addeo with obstruction of hunting and fishing and intimidating a witness. According to the police report, Addeo is accused of intimidating two hunters at gunpoint, making them fear for their lives. He harassed, obstructed and interfered with a lawful hunt by two hunters on public land, said the report. Judge Robert Calagione scheduled a pre-trial hearing for April 6.

Roberto Vasquez, 26, 7 Joanne Dr., Ashland, was summonsed to Westborough District Court when Grafton police filled out a complaint Dec. 12 on charges of driving a snow/recreational vehicle in a public way, and driving a snow/recreational vehicle without a registration. Judge Robert Calagione found Vasquez not responsible.

Jonathan Rosario, 24, 62 Sampson St., South Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court Dec. 12 after Grafton police filled out a complaint on charges of driving a recreational/snow vehicle in a public way, and without a registration. Judge Robert Calagione found Rosario not responsible.

Michael R. Potter, 20, of 10 Appaloosa Dr., Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police on Feb. 15 and was charged with OUI liquor and trespassing. The case was continued until April 27.

Lisa A. Feraco, 36, 3 North St., Apt. 2A, Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police on Dec. 4 and charged with OUI liquor with a blood alcohol reading of .08 or higher, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Feraco admitted to sufficient facts on the OUI charge and she was ordered to pay court costs totaling $600. The last two charges were dismissed.
