Illegal Hunting, Intimidation Charges Dimissed
Town man was charged with fatally shooting a doe and threatening fellow hunters.

A Grafton man charged with hunting illegally and attempting to intimidate fellow hunters earlier this year had most of his charges dismissed yesterday in Westborough District Court.
Eric M. St. Onge, 31, of 11 Bluebird Lane, Grafton, faced charges of discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, two charges of hunting/fishing violation, intimidating a witness and obstructing hunting/fishing.
Charges were filed Jan. 19 after St. Onge allegedly threatened hunters who were hunting legally in the Milford Road area to leave or someone would come after them, according to court documents.

He was also charged with fatally shooting a female deer within 500 feet of a dwelling and hunting an antlerless deer without the proper permit, court documents said.
Judge Vito Virzi dismissed all the charges except the charge of obstructing hunting/fishing. He found sufficient facts on that charge and continued the case without a finding to June 24.
