Man, 20, Charged with Possessing Alcohol

Jason J. Hyacinthe, 20, of 26 Dover St., Worcester, was summonsed into court by State Police on a Grafton incident and charged with OUI liquor, speeding and marked lanes violation. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Feb. 8.

Scott W. Cardin, 20, of 15 Harding St., South Grafton, was summonsed into court by Grafton police Jan. 3 and charged with being a person under 21 in possession of alcohol.  Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to April 6.

Galina I. Rechetova, 220 Providence Rd. Apt. 221, South Grafton, was arrested Jan. 1 by Grafton police and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. Judge Robert Calagione found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to Jan. 8, with a 45-day loss of license and attendance and completion of a treatment program. Rechetova was found not responsible on the second charge.

Tess B. Grover, 20, of 166 Millville St., Mendon, was summonsed into court on Nov. 21 after Grafton police filled out a criminal complaint charging her with a number plate violation to conceal her identification, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the number plate violation and found Grover responsible for the remaining charges. He ordered her to pay $100 in assessment fees by Feb. 7.

Travis H. Bennett, 21, of 40 Potter Hill Rd., Grafton, was summonsed into court on Sept. 19 after Grafton police filled out a criminal complaint and charged him with threatening to commit a crime. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charges.

Jerome Collins, 47, of 67 Londonderry Rd. in Grafton, was arrested Aug. 31 by Grafton police and charged with assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime. Judge David Locke dismissed both charges by request of the commonwealth and defendant.
