Man Charged with Assault Using Dog

On Sunday, Feb. 5, police:
Received a request for an officer at 5:08 a.m. on Providence Road.

As a result, police issued a summons to Kyle Edward St. Martin, 23, of 25 Mechanic St., Apt. 2, Webster, on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a dog), two counts, and assault and battery, two counts.
