Matthew D. Cusella, 28, of 57 East St., North Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 12 by Grafton police and charged with driving recklessly and marked lanes violation. Judge Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge, which was continued without a finding to Aug. 31. He was ordered to complete a brains at risk program and to pay $50 victim witness fee. He was found not responsible on the second charge.
