Man Faces 13 Charges After Stop

OUI liquor and larceny from a building are among the charges.

A Sudbury man faces 13 charges following his arrest by Grafton Police Tuesday, Aug. 9 after a motor vehicle stop on Old Westboro Road.

Timothy McKinnon, 23, of 25 Stone Road, was charged with the following:

Operating a motor vehicle after license or right to operate has been revoked, subsequent use without authority

OUI liquor

Larceny from a building

Three counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle

Three counts of larceny over $250

Possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle

Three counts of larceny under $250

The arrest happened following the motor vehicle stop at 10:28 p.m., according to information provided by the Grafton Police.
